Apply ECS Card provides booking assistance and application support for the Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) tests and related services delivered by authorised providers. We are independent and not affiliated with JIB, ECS, or Pearson VUE.
“You”, “your”, “customer”, “candidate” refers to the user of our Website and services.
Bookings may only be made for candidates aged 16 or over.
If you book on behalf of a business or third party, you confirm you have authority to do so.
All payments are processed in GBP (£).
Your order is an offer to use our service. A binding contract is formed when we send your Booking Confirmation.
Appointments depend on test-centre capacity and provider availability.
If you do not receive your confirmation, contact us at booking@applyecscard.co.uk.
You must ensure all personal details match your valid photo ID.
You must bring valid ID to the test centre. Incorrect ID may result in refusal and fee loss.
Refund = recoverable provider fee – admin fee. Refund method = original payment method.
We may amend or cancel appointments due to provider operational issues.
We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent behaviour.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.
